For more than 165 years, our success has hinged on two things: delivering energy safely and reliably and imagining how we can grow and prosper in the future. What began in 1859 with 49 street lighting customers in Portland, Oregon has grown into four thriving businesses today serving nearly one million customers across seven states. We operate natural gas distribution utilities serving the Pacific Northwest and Texas, water and wastewater utilities serving customers across six states, and a renewable natural gas business.
